'Tis a rare thing these days to find a customer service staff member who truly loves what they do - and that is to to serve.

Service is a calling.  Some want to serve the community in medicine, education, law enforcement or the defence force - yet there are few that believe that customer service is also a calling.

Originally from Northern Thailand, Ole came to Australia 8 years ago, studied at the Hospitality College and worked in a number of Sydney restaurants.  Luckily for us, his close friend Tammy lured him to Wagga to work in the award winning restaurant.

It is obvious that Ole loves his job and he has a natural ability and willingness to make people happy.

What a delight to be served by someone who is truly happy to serve you - it is a rare commodity these days.
